Kerry McGinn Lawrence
Kerry McGinn Lawrence primarily focuses on trusts & estates, litigation, and corporate law matters. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Lawrence served as Legislative Counsel at the American Bar Association, specializing in civil liberties in the anti-terrorism context as well as domestic violence policy issues.
Ms. Lawrence began her legal career as a corporate associate at a large Boston firm, then worked on Capitol Hill for several years focusing on financial services, housing, tax, retirement and anti-terrorism issues. She was the Legislative Counsel for a Member of Congress and was responsible for advising on issues before the U.S. House Financial Services Committee and the U.S. House Oversight Committee (formerly the Government Reform & Oversight Committee).
Ms. Lawrence received her law degree from Georgetown University Law Center and her bachelor's degree from Boston College. She is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
